What I do
My day consists off allocating leads making sure that all leads are handled within SLA. Make sure all IR aspects are covered and adhered to. Keep the team motivated and challenged. Have daily, weekly and monthly feedback sessions. Incorporate training and coaching initiatives. I have a very good relationship with all my colleagues and subordinates as I believe in a open door policy. I have learnt how to be analytical and be very organised. Prioritizing is also paramount in business as that determines how successful you can be. I love working with people and within a team. This incorporates different and views and from that you can formulate an action plan from pulling in from everyone involved. Getting everyone to target and to understand the importance of there achievement in terms of targets etc. is extremely challenging which I thrive on.

Customer service
Since 2009 ,I work for the IEC during elections only as a data capture and it thought me to work under pressure accurately and fast.For the past 15 months I have been a financial adviser for Metropolitan life. This position has equipped me with the relevant skills for this vacancy.I’ve had a chance to advance my skills on excellent customer service,independence,strong administration support,data entry,accuracy,product knowledge,client relations,discipline,telephone etiquette and also file maintenance ,Information verification,dealing with highly confidential documents,problem solving, strategic negotiation and lastly handling work challenges with a positive attitude. i have worked well with managers and co workers and enjoy the Independence and being able to right your own salary. the instability of income is my main challenge.

This has been an excellent learning curve for me.
My work place is home away from home. Its freindly, refreshing and there is so much love and drama. Co- workers are like family, I give and receive random hugs and it makes a hectic day bearable. I have learnt the importance of professionalism and respect among other things. I enjoy helping people and assisting where they require assistance. I enjoy adding value and making other peoples lives easier at work. The most challenging aspects of the job are trying to figure out different people to understand them.

Exposure in the financial environment is a plus point for me
I am a few years stationed in the financial environment. starting as a reconciliation clerk and with expose and skills i have moved to managerial position, I am working in the insurance industry which is a well branded company. I am a well team player which contributes much as a team leader . I have learnt a lot in the environment and have achieved in the success of many projects. I love to work with figures and is well up-skilled and experienced in this field. Th most challenges in the environment is to deal with changes.

Excellent
Am a young dedicated candidate who is willing to work hard, sales driven, ability to reach company target and increase productivity, capabilities to create sound knowledge relationship with other companies, able to persuade clients and social cohesion is one of my personal attributes. I worked for Nedbank Retail for 4 years and Metropolitan for a year as a sales representative.

Claims Consultant
I worked paying funeral claims. i answered the telephone in English and Afrikaans. Dealt with all policy holder queries. Dealt with difficult clients. Working hours 8.00 till 4.00. I often put in extra time. My working day started at 7.30 till 5.00. I enjoyed helping the policy holders with their queries. I worked at Metropolitan for 35 years

Fast learner
I started as a sales agent,got promoted to QA/Coach also i was a office administrator in the company. Got vast experience. i was awarded with a certificate for most improved and best QA across the business. I am a team player always willing to assist my co-workers.Most challenging aspects in my line of work is that there's no room for mistakes, accuracy and integrity plays a various role.But i have learned to trust that other people can do it as well and want to do everything on my own.
Pros: I was promoted from sales agent to QA to Office administrator and Performance coach.
Cons: One tend to over work themselves when short staffed and having to submit reports before the turn around time.
