Excellent learning curve.

Everyday is a learning curve at MMM CAPITAL. Dealing with all kinds of customers can be challenging, some can be very rude and irrate but having the skill to calm them down and turn a rude customer into an apologetic, sweet one is what makes my day. Been in a call centre environment is fun, loud, bubbly and can also be quite stressful. Been reliable, enthusiastic, disciplined and firm is must have qualities in this environment.I have made close friends who are now known to me as family.Resolving queries and having customers tell you that the industry needs more people like me is quite fulfilling and pretty awesome.

Pros: Get to make your own money as its commision based as well.
Cons: Working on a Saturday and having no medical aid.

Excellent learning curb

I work a straight shift from Mondays to Fridays between 8am-4.30pm & alternate Saturdays. I have a proffessional relatioship with staff. I believe that if an employee have shown the appreciation of their effort they will keep the standard of their tasks & the company @ their optimum. I enjoy what coz I am excellent @ it. The most challenging part of my job is dealing with different character of people everday(customers,clients and debtors) & ensuring I have met my deadline & goals of my day.

Pros: Abilty to earn more and growth
Cons: Stress and pressure
