I love my work and jus to be the beat I can be.

Work underground and enjoy it..I get along with my workers love to inspire them and make them love the work to. I learned that shouting at workers don't pay off. I enjoy to see that people is happy with my work. That they can count on me to be persistent and the job is running. The most challenging aspect of the job is to see that all my workers is save and can work safely in the mine...

Pros: No pros...
Cons: We work 12 hour shifts one week night shift and then one day shift.

Work accurate and with passion. Motivate your employees and create a supporting network for employees and your employer. Create difficult situations and opsticals into challenges. Time management is very important. Most important work relationship with people is to support and understand them and never dissapoint them.

Pros: Built a positive and strong working environment and great promotional opportunities
Cons: Wirking during weekends
