I have 3 years of administration experience which includes attending to customer queries, recruitment and selection, telephone etiquette ,transport and flight bookings arrangements, orientation of New employees and other General admin duties. I have a passion in working with people very much. Customer satisfactory is a priority for me. I love working under pressure under any circumstance and even can work long hours without any hiccups. Any salary range will do for me ... I am available anytime you need me please

Learning curve

I did salaries, policy development and research for the municipality.i had an 8 he day filled with hard work but I enjoy being busy. The municipality is a learning organisation where it it advised to keep away from the political aspect of the sphere within the municipality.

Pros: Great working opportunity
Cons: People not want to adapt to technology

Excellent Learning Curve

A typical working starts 08h00 to 17h00 get to the office check the assignments at hand, tackle them in order of their importance. Relationship with co-workers, I would say its professional but we also light moments. What I've learnt, I've learnt that working for local government is more politically influenced and ethics do count for much, Here one has to do what pleases the politicians. What I enjoy most, Is meeting with people with different needs and wants everyday and see someone who came to office frustrated leaving with a smile on his/her face. Most challenging aspects of the job, Is when you not given enough resources to perform your job efficiently and at the end of the day you're needed to make an accurate report,

Cons: Not much to do at times

A wonderfil stepping stone and career development
