Working for this company is straineous to say the least, the management is unappreciative and doesn't acknowledge the hard work you do. There is no overtime and the pay is way beyond market related. What i have learnt to have a tough skin.

EXCELLENT TEAM BUILDING

I WORK 9 HOURS A DAY AND IS A HARD WORKING BECAUSE YOU MUST BE BUSY ON THE PHONE THE HOLE DAY.I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS AND I LIKE MAKING JOKES WITH THEM WHEN I AM AVAILABLE THEY ALWAYS SAY I AM THE NOISE ONE .I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FORM THE COMPANY THAT I MUSTY NOT UNDERMINE PEOPLE AND I MUST ALWAYS RESPECT TIME JUST LIKE OTHER WORKERS .I ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE FULL OF LIFE AND ALSO EXPRESS THEM SELFS TO EACH OTHER.THE CHALLENG IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO WORK ALONE AND YOU HAVE NO ONE TO TALK TOO.
