Excellent Learning curve

get to work in the morning, have form on top of my desk for new promoters. send those docs to head office team leader complains about a promoter solve that situation or go to the field to try and get to the bottom of the problem if the are hearing, prepare for the hearing if there is CCMA prepare documents for CCMA while doing all that, I am also answering Emails from Head Office

I use to work mobilize as a promeoter ,firstly it was turf but at the end of the day i work so lovely with customer that i get them.it was was good to work at the vield and also enjoyable because i meet different people and work with them with love and caring.

GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MY JOB IN SHOT PERIOD OF TIME

RECRUITMENT OF PROMOTERS AND TEAM LEADERS COUNSELING OFFICE COLLEUGES, WE GET ALONG AND PROMOTERS WE HAVE TO TREAT LIKE KIDS. THE MOST CHALLENGING IS WHEN PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY AND WHEN YOU COMMUNICATE WITH HO, THEY DNT REALLY GIVE YOU SOLUTIONS. I ENJOY WHEN EVERY1 IS HAPPY. I HAVE LEARNT TO THINK ON MY FEET.

Pros: LEARNING MORE ESPECIALLY IN MY FEILD OF HR
Cons: NOT HAVING REAL WORKING HOURS, BEING CALLED EVEN WHEN HOME

Excellent

I was start work at 8H00 ,tea time at 10H00 till10H15 ,lunch time at 12H00 till 12H30 .after that we start working around looking for customer to sell our goods ,and collect cash from them .until 16H00 WHEN we are going to cash-up to our team leader at the field. I was so excited to work as a team ,but at the first time the job was so hectic and also challenging ,just because i know why i was at the work know what i'm doing and know why i was there for thats why at the end of the day i was so proud of my self at work. I have learned that when your at work you must feel blessed and comfortable so that your could not be hard for you.i enjoy meeting different people and also with them as a team .

Excellent learning curve

get to work,check my emails have a meeting with team leaders scan new promoters check occupancy deal with Team leaders and promoter queries. When there is conflict, you listen to both sides of story while both parties are present. travelling to go meet different people challenging is when you see a person not paid well, while they deserve it.

Pros: Doing a lot of things at ones
Cons: dealing with people who do not understand company procedures.

Am very enegenic person.... Ready to learn and a team player

It's the company was good until they failled to pay us what the so I was forced to leave and look for greener pastures y promised to but I had my a great experience with them they taught me a lot in the sales business

Excellent learning curve

hi I got to work scan new employees to head office, I can go to a hearing or CCMA. I get username of promoters give it to team leaders, occupancy report and deal with all queries from team also check team that they are following the company procedures. Ref checks on new team leaders, payroll. I enjoy meeting different people and communicating with them. Ref check went to a course for it doing reports about head count, doing payroll and Chairing hearing. and being in charge of leanerships. Challenging is having to listen to team leader and promoter who dislike each other lie about the other, you need to pay attention and not take sides.

Pros: working from anywhere,have 10 gig,laptop and unlimited cellphone and petrol card. I am not office bound
Cons: when people are not happy about their salaries. its sad

Excellent learning curve

Do inspection of the car,go to the field meet with the promoters pick them go with them to the field of work.go to the bank do my control sheet send my sales to the management.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
