Tough conditions

I work six days a week from 8 till 5 Monday to Friday and 8 till 12 on a Saturday. My territory is the whole of the KZN so there is no time for lunch breaks and most days I will finish late. The co-workers are a great bunch and are easy to get along with. Because it is a seasonal business tensions run very high over the summer when the company is at its busiest. Training from the company is limited to non existent so any learning that is done is done on your own. I enjoy the daily interaction with my customers and helping them find solutions for their issues and problems. The most challenging aspect of my job is to try and get all the calls into the allocated time as the distance in vast and then trying to juggle the paperwork.

I wouldn't work for a company like this again . I came from a corporate environment of 600 staff to a small company were I was promised there world and received nothing .
