What I have learnt from my institution is to gathered information for community profiling and capturing data in a system. Working with different culture by knowing how to communicate effectively with large companies,.assisting other company to register on a database for government and the collect data to different society to compile business profiling

Days are not the same sometimes have hectic days...but i know how to deal with that as a supirior

Hectic one day but i know my duty how to deal with it.. i have good relationship with co-workers...learn to be patient for other people Production Someone not reporting when his sick

My work life in short

My day at work starts at 06h30, Plan and prioritize the work that needs processing on the system, and still assist employees who walk-in and making enquiries by telephone with their pay related queries. And I also liaise with the company`s 3rd parties such as UIF, Pension fund and Medical aid on ad daily basis. I work very closely with my co-workers as a team. I have learned to communicate at all levels, and i get fulfilled when i have met deadlines, completed projects and when employee that i have helped someone is satisfied or happy. Having to Calm down employees that are frustrated with their pays is one of the main challenges.

Pros: Good salary, Medical aid scheme with a 24/7 private clinic and unlimited cover about everything
Cons: Risk of getting retrenched, short staff, No development program
