Learned alot in the past months

We as operators has a good understanding with each other. But we are just in the company to do the job that's required from us as our boss dont even think of communicating with us. In the last four months our salary decrease but September month was increase but there is no sign about increase. I've learned on how to use a computer without me having any experience and how to build a good working relationship with our clients although our boss have a bad attitude towards us do we still build his company to higher levels.

Pros: No great oppertunities as there's no future in this company each month salary drop.
Cons: Long working hours (13hours a shift)

we not paid accourdingly we were suppose to be paid we feel like we are under paid by our employes cause work load is too much five ob Books on a employee per shishifts five srceens per oparator

Pros: no promotion
Cons: 12hours
