My day consist of compiling client information and handling administration and filing. We see clients on a daily basis. We are only 3 employees. I handle the executive personal affairs as well. The most challenging aspect of my position in the company is obtaining information from some of the larger off shore investment companies. The most valuable lesson I have learned in this industry is that team work is the golden key to success.

Excellent learning curve

Fun, exciting, great environment, team spirit and optimism is excellent I get to travel and see client on a regular basis I deal with claims from start to finish so it is an excellent learning curve

I need a permanent job in order to be able to help my family

I am assisting a financial adviser in the office, we get along because whenever he forget something I always remained him. My boss has taught me so many thing it is really a great experience to work with him. I do the capturing, admin and also filling in the office I also assist the customers in filling up the forms.

Company overview

Company size is only 2 which is the financial advisor and personal assistant (myself) I do all the admin work day to day duties: submit new business, client follow up on claims, unpaid notifications, medical aid follow up on claims submitted,

Pros: Knowing the different company’s products and systems
