MY WORKING LEARNING CURVE

MY DAILY ROUTINE IS TO FUNCTION AS DELI MANAGER AND RELIEF CASHIERS ALSO, I AM MULTI FUNCTIONAL AND CAN OPERATE AS ADMIN ALSO. . START AS DELI MANAGER IN MORNING TO ANALIZE THE STOCK NEED FOR THE DAY. I CUT COLDMEAT SELECTED FOR USE FOR CONTRACTS,ORDERS AND CUSTOMERS. I SERVE AT THE BILTONG AND DRY WORS COUNTER AS WELL AND ANSWER PHONES WHEN RINGING, I DO CASHIER DUTIES IN BETWEEN AND DO CUSTOMER CARE AND RELATIONS ALSO INBETWEEN WORK , I RELATE WELL WITH CO WORKERS AND LOVE THE M WITH MY PASSION FOR PEOPLE, I LEARNED PATIENCE AND HUMILITY . I LOVE WHAT I DO AND WOULD LOVE TO DO SOMETHING IN THIS FIELD FOR I HAVE GAINED AND GROWN >MY WORK IS VERY DEMANDING AND SOMETIMES I FEEL THAT MORE IS ASK OF ME THAN WHAT I COULD GIVE. IL LOVE MY WORK BUT CAN BE DRAINING SOMETIMES

Cons: NO GROWTH AND SALARY IS VERY LOW FOR MY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Long working hours

work day starts at 8. function not only as deli manager , i make a summary of coldmeats to be cut for orders and for the butchery. place order for the rest of the cold meat to be delivered by our cold mmeat factory. inbetween handling of phones and cashier duties my work has to be done by 4. i get only half an hour break in morning. love my work but have no rewards or bonuses and the hours is long with no extra breaks in the day. i come along well with the staff and they are like family to me. i gained lots of knowledge but feels frustrated. my job has no challenges for i excell in everything i do no matter how difficult it may seem.i am a fast learner.

Pros: love the enviroment
Cons: long hours working and no prospects of increase or growth or promotion
