I always reach my target and I work hard. I love doing sales and exploring. I am willing to work and do great in the industry.It has been great working for Smollan as it has advanced my sales skills and other skills. I love working with people. My mechandising job

Am a vood person when it comes to worming I use to complete my task at a given time djragion even witbout a supper ision. Tbe hardest part it where I help to lift lrve boxes to the store room.

My dream job

Hi, i am in the netertainment bussines for bout 20 years, organizing events and also as a dj. I have a large group of people that attends my events. Its been my dream to do events planning and controlling for a living and this will be my perfect chance. Work well with people and very likeable if i must say so myself.

Good Place to learn

On a day to day basis I manage in country distributors, check orders, forecast and pricing. Manage perfect store and ensure that POS and promotions are implanted in country. The biggest challenge with my job is the economical uncertainties in African country which after my revenue performance. However I have learned a lot to manage people remotely and to manage my own business. my job is interest because I get to travel and understand the culture and dynamic of African countries sees endless opportunity and how the business can capitalise on them.
