Good Scope to Grow

I have enjoyed the last position in my current company the transition from PA to Transformation Specialist has offered my the opportunity to use skills and grow myself. I have enjoyed dealing with the Human aspect of people with this role and helping them through the transition that is happening in the company. It is not always a easy role when the changes in the company have a impact on peoples lives. But it has been a great challenge to try and help them through this change

Cons: Watching peoples lives get affected

Great international exposure

Fulfillment of being entrusted to get the job done with not having anyone looking over my shoulder constantly. Enjoyment of helping my manager run their day more effectively

Cons: No room for growth as EA
