Exceptional learning curve - galvanazimg

Everyday had a challenge which I regarded as my.learning curves. Matter of urgency, pre-galvanizing specifications, welding on the material, material Wapping etc. Working as a team was a co issue to achieve and strive to axceed customers expectations and the good outcome of the end product. Health and safety procedures was attended to details of which it is next course I will be enrolling for. Challenges were deadlines, outcome of the galvanizing and delivery promised dates

Pros: It was my wish to still spend more.years in the field of galvanizing. It was an adventure for me there was still a lot to learn including handling of projects.
Cons: Favourable working hours only on specific days and weeks we were to work overtime to recover down time due to load shedding.

I am working as a SHEQ officer/Safety trainer .

Monoweld galvanizers its a galvanizing company situated in germiston. I have a good working relationship with my fellow employees but very strict when it come's to all safety issues ' I have learnt that working as a team is brings a very productity when it comes to balancing of all issues around managing the organisation Is to see all employees working safely without injuries , damage to equipment and materials . It is lost time injuries

Pros: The organisation deals with galvanizing of steel from different customers . the process is guided by chemicals which hyglocloric acid
Cons: It is a good company to work for , i don't regret working for them but for carrier growth i have to move forward .
