Excellent Learning Curve and Great Exposure

The industry is demanding with long hours that in most cases have weekends in. The relationship with my assistants is an open and a good relationship that makes one always look forward to a new day of hard work and dedication, although the relationship with the overall factory personnel does get hard at times due to either non-compliance's or little understanding of some sudden changes during the day. I have learnt quite a lot from hard work with dedication as observed from my assistants, commitment to product quality, principles of HACCP in action, self-discovery and experience in how some of the common dairy products are produced. The challenges are all rounded up to communication barriers between management and the overall staff. Additionally to that, certain information is never communicated in time and later becomes an issue affecting quality negatively.

My review is that..I just need to go forward life a d face workplace challenges and be in a possession where I can innovate and exercise my mind. I need to promote workplace u ubuntu and be true to my greed. As I know that I am good in disciplines and all human resource procedures..I will be a good assets if I may be employed in your company. I will bring more changes and company structure will perform greatly and I will build teamwork spirit.
