I'm willing to work and learn more from others

I used to work with driver's van reconciliation, I used to deal with deliveries that included stock back, damages, returns, filing and banking. I got computer skills that includes dealing with Microsoft office, mosaic software system, outlook system, spreadsheet exel, exellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpretation skills, exellent computer skills, customer centric and work well in a team, time management, priotising and focused

Pros: The promoting level is standard
Cons: I am committed to my work, I'm was willing to work extended hours

Experience

very stressful atmosphere with management that can never say thank to the staff. this is causing serious working issues amongst all staff. Though the situation is not very employee friendly at all times. I still found it fulfilling to do my daily task.

Pros: learned a lot.
Cons: responsible for full HR payroll and IR function for 400+ staff members

Pure learning curve

It was good to work at food manufacturing company,with lot of challenges that arose us to think deeply and outside the box to offer business decision or solution The most important part alike was to unite everyone in the company eyeing only one objective production and selling

Pros: To be appointed at temporary manager
Cons: No family time

Excellent learning experience

I had a great time working there, the management treat us very well as if we are one big family. Yet in the time that I worked there I was never reconsider for the great work that I did.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
