Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work is to plan correctly and be able to handle extreme pressure (with a smile).The relations with my co-workers was excellent as we communicate well(although there are up and down emotions). I learnt thus far to communicate better with clients ensuring that up to date report given with regards to any delays, if applicable. What i enjoyed most was that i was always keep on my toes (keeping my brain active at all times). The challenges with the job is that to always keep your head up and strive for the best in all conditions, ie. to be able to listen an make haste decisions if any arises.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion but family owned business
Cons: Long working hours

Structure and good work enviroment produces supreme workers

I have gained a vast experience over the years and been faced with many challenges but with the knowledge I have gained and experience I am able to work out better working process and procedures to have the work done faster and more accurate. Due this ability I am able to work in any area of company, operational, admin and accounts. I am fast learner, no two days are the same at the office. Each day comes with its own challenges and you need to be focused, open minded and quick on your feet. I have trained most of the staff and they are all hard working and dedicated workers, and those whom I trained is pleasure to work with,they work orientated and capable of managing their own time. The workers makes it a pleasure coming to work each day.

Pros: There not much room for improvement as its a family owned business
Cons: You will get loaded with more duties but you wont get paid for amount of work you are handling

Work experience

Its good to experience new challenges and meet new people u need to learn new thing's and I like new experience and u need to experience new environment you can't stay at a place for too long otherwise you won't get all the experience to work at other company's
