my typical work day is that I am very critical of my own work. I have always prided myself on producing excellent. my relationship with co-workers -My co-workers would describe me as a team player who is always willing to go above and beyond to get any task completed on time. I have learned how to work as part of a team and collaborate with people whose ideas may be different to my own. I greatly admired morecorpe support and desire for growth in their employees. I was privileged to be able to take advantage of their in-house training and their flexible scheduling allowed me to complete my intermediate excel, intouch system and CRM and telephone ethics certificate while still working here. the most challenging thing iv ever en counted is going extra miles in making sure that the needs of your customers are met and with your line manager not recognizing the effort you put or maybe being too ignorant to see that.

Pros: Great oppotunity for growth within the company
Cons: Working long hours and extra days with no overtime money being paid just a thank you

Excellent working environment and learning curve

Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Taxation and in which I acquired the experience and skills in; preparation of the financial statements, revenue, asset management, costing, financial reporting and budgets. I have an Accounting Technician qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians South Africa (AAT SA) which is recognised by SAICA. I have developed the following skills in the finance work experience: Time management Journals Reconciliation Accounts payables Accounts receivables Accounting knowledge Accounting softwares; Pastel Customer care Credit control Advanced Excel Skills I have practical experience of the following Computer programmes. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel , Outlook and the accounting software; Pastel. I have good communication skills, computer skills and numeric skills. I believe my skills and my qualification and my willingness to learn have equipped me for this position.

 Manage the Web stock on Intouch system  Account or report if there is any discrepancy on the web store  Make IBT request (Inter Branch Transfers) from three branches  Account or report the negatives on the Web stock  Pull the correct, new, quality stock from store  Ring all the items that is going out the store to the customer  Ship the stock from Cyclelab Fourways to various areas all over South Africa via (Dawn Wing)  Make special orders for the customer from the suppliers  Check the stock for the customer if there is call for stock inquiry  Receiving the invoice of the customer on outlook after the customer purchase the item online  Checking the banking for existing order  Doing filing of all the Invoices and slips of the customers  Fill up the Waybill of couriers to come and fetch them  Book for collection with Dawn Wing which is a courier company  Generating Wesbank quotations and submission of Wesbank document to the manager

Information becomes a need

In a working environment everyone needs to play their role in completing a task when team effort is required, delay for submission of documents from client or suppliers makes a job difficult, hence a highly devoted team is best for task to be done in an effective and effortless way, information is shared and suggestions are embraced, I like working fast and efficient so no delays are made, I believe friendliness creates a good and respectful environment so does formality when needed. A typical day at work is accompanied by updating and analyzing the data received so future reference is easy, queries are attended to as suppliers are part of the business.

Excellent communication with clients

Its very big challenge to be honest but its better than job but apartheid still exists. I don't mind about my daily I am learning and its a challenge almost everyday changes. I am a preacher and joky so I loved by everybody. Ilearnt different cultures and people and mostly I learnt to be independent not being supervised. I enjoy being challenged in terms of my work. Most challenge is when is dead line and we have to submit everything before debit order run

Pros: No luck with promotion only white people and spies get those opportunities
Cons: Only when to meet dead line if behind or when its month end we have to verify deals

Effective communication (written& spoken),Microsoft office (word, word & powerpoint) basic accounting strategies, commitment, integrity, loyal, Hard working, tenacity and goal driven. HR principles and payslip printing, admistration & administrative practises, BBBEE policies & procedures. eager/hunger to learn, team worker and meeting dead lines.

Cons: overtime or work from home if necessary

Excellent learning curve

Online based 80%, worked with Lexus, SuperSport, cyclelab, moregolf, world of golf, Advertising, strategy, branding, Develop/ implement designs across digital and print media.Developing concepts,graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.Conceptualising of material based on an agreed brief.
