Excellent learning curve.

The company is great. It has it's ups & downs. The work environment is good, although there are no opportunities for some of us who needs promotions. I am learning so much here and they try their best to equip us. I have great colleaques, who always give a helping hand when one needs.

Pros: I get to socialize with Big people in our country
Cons: There are short breaks

Good learning Curve

Review of Environment I am working at Morentho Institute SA as an Finance Officer Intern,The working days are good but the working environment is not as good as i thought but thats not neccessary because what i want is to acquire an experince and apart from appraisal i think i have learned a bunch of good colleques in my envirnment, the most challenging aspects of my job is that i working from from home and the activities and task that we are dealing with is not enough as an finance officer . i have a team work spirit, the team that i was apart of completed the task within the Deadline. so i am looking forward for better opportunities and better work.

Pros: i think my hard work will show that i can be promoted
Cons: 8 hours
