Great hospital with fair salary but when. Ones to a staffing is where problems start there are not looking at the patient illnesses but looking at the number of patients yet paediatric ward is very demanding

Am a hard worker

Working for mediclinic it's a nice experience, I just want to grow. We have a United team workers that I work with. I enjoy working with people as it teaches me all different kind of people and how to deal with each person. Challenging as we have alot of rude patients but I have learned to be patient with them. I work a 12 hour shift and having day offs.

Pros: it's very rear to get promotion
Cons: long working hours

Excellent nursing care icu level

I am willing dynamic and an ambitious individual who is also punctual while persistent. I am eager to learn and work well with others. I am confident that given the opportunity, I can make a success of a task that has been given, all I need is an opportunity to prove myself and I am certain. I will be an asset to the company.
