I've learned a lot at Morris company.

I join Morris company without any experience. I was fresh from school,i then join the dedicated team where i learned a lot. Unfortunately due to low production our hours was reduced and know we're facing chances of retrenchment or layoffs. I'm a hard worker and very passionate about what i do.

Pros: There is no chance for promotion due to low production.
Cons: Retrenching and reducing employees hours.

Excellent

I work from 7 to 4 monday to friday the company pay for standby .relationships with with co-workers is very good and i have learnt lot's of work since i i started as apprentice in the company what i enjoy the most is that they never rob us when it comes to payments am very happy in the company but the most challenging aspects is that i have not get a promotion to work as a qualified electrician they company is still paying me as an assistant that's the only problem i hve but evrything is just fineve

Pros: There's a great opportunity for a new position the company taught me lot's of work since i started as apprentice
Cons: Everything is in good condition

Good learning place

It’s a very good learning and expanding ones knowledge. The team work with colleagues is good and personals look out for each other. There is good communication between staff and management and a lot of training programs are in place for both staff and management.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: contracts not permanent
