Fast paced, omni channel environment, in touch with current marketing / digital trends

- A typical day includes internal meetings and status meetings with clients. Checking client budgets and status of work in the system and ensuring that work is delivered according to brief and in time. - Co-workers are a bunch of fun and loud people that complete the day in the advertising environment, couldn't do my job well without my colleagues - Relationships are important, they need to be nurtured and a good rapport with your team and commitment to deliver good work will take you far in this industry - I enjoy the creative brainstorming tissue sessions that always end up with and award winning concept or big idea for a campaign - Some challenges are getting the client to clearly interpret their requirements for a big campaign, e.g. establishing business and marketing objectives upfront.

Excellent in my job

Not too busy as all I do is work the switchboard Assist the hostess when clients arrive An excellent relationship with co-workers, always smiling and relaxed Being patient, team player, assist where ever I can, don't limit yourself or your capabilities Not doing much, always got to smile even when you're not having a great day client's are very important and must treat them with respect Client's aren't always right though handle the situation strategically and show respect at all times. Co-workers can take out their moods on you especially during times of deadlines, just adjust to support and help but don't let them run all over view. Your views and opinions are just as important Try to be around for activities and fun things at work

Wonderful working relationships

Senior management is lacking and no accountability for wrongdoing. Could have been more headstrong but feeling unmotivated played a big role . There wa no motivation to take on challenges and be challenged. Loved the people but felt put down every single time .
