Great cost analysis skills

My name is Matthews Mpandle am very much interested in the post for Cost accountant. Am currently working as a Cost analyst and I hold a diploma in cost and management accounting and currently busy with my advance diploma in management accounting that am completing in June at UNISA. I have a valid travers licence and i own a car' as well. My skills are based on cost accounting, analysis, numeric, attention to d etails,adminitration, advance excel(pivot tables,vlookup etc) and management accounting. I am currently using Syspro system on daily passed and so most of my management reports on excel and power point.

Myself in a nutshell

I have a very good working relationship with my co wokers as i am someone that leads by example. i am the go to guy for any breakdowns or even personal problems as i cee myself as a really trustworthy guy.i enjoy the new challengers when it cums to new projects as i am the only one hat makes the pilot batches.Being in the industry for more that 20 years its the teaching and learning aspect that keeps me up to date with the latest materials and methods.The most challenging thing about my work is the people aspects as you need to sense the mood of people and how to manage them on a daily basis.

Excellent environment to learn

My timat mosaic manufacturing as taught me alot about production and quakity dealing with R&D on such a close level in order to asisst and solve problems. It has also given me a great learning curve on working on multiple projects at a given time a typical day would include calibration of lab equipment general admin, project management a, innovation and dealing with queries from QC and production as well as manufacturing. It has taught me to deal with people from many levels from the owner right down to cleaning staff and shown the importance of equality in a work place where you treat the janitor the same as you would the owner with the same level of respect. e

Cons: Small company little growth
