The importance of excellence in service delivery, in all aspects.

I have had the opportunity of presenting my working ability within innovative environments, unfortunately it has been on contract or temporary basis. My responsibilities or duties in these positions have groomed me in customer, clients, co-workers and employees relationship. I have a learnt the importance creating and maintaining a professional, sustainable and trusworthy relationship with all parties in concerns through excellence in service delivery. I would say that I mostly enjoy dealing with irate customers as this allows me to win over the customer as they the company stands great potential of looking that customer. The result of derived satisfaction between both of us feels amazing. Hence it has always been in my will to perform duties in the manner that exceeds my employer and customer's satisfaction.

Pros: One gets to interact with clients on both national and international level throughout usage of different resources. There are great overtime opportunities with great remuneration.
Cons: This is part time position on a temporary basis. Therefore permanner positions are availed once in a while and awarded as per service period and performance.

World Class Working Environment

Planning is done a week ahead. We then impliment previous weekly plan. We have very high team work spirit, since all departments are interlinked and rely on every department for great result. I have leant that working in sinergy produce great result all the time. Challenge is to keep up with speed when every one is delivering hence it hinder production at the end if one is not producing as per deadline.

Pros: Working with every contact in the world, from small cooperations to the biggest create platform to learn new things all the time
Cons: working on many projects at once

Always at ease to learn new things

I monitor all suspicous activity via cctv, write incident report and save footage. In doing that a teamwork is always paramount to get the job done promply. I have learn so many things one of them is, we are not the same theirfor respect is very impotant in a working environment. (Diversity) I enjoy to working in a team as I am the teamplayer. I can also work independantly. It is very challenging to confront a friend,ralative,someone senior or your manager for any wrong doing or suspicious activity.

Pros: eye opner, you learn many things and develop yourself as an individual
Cons: no time to socialise with colleuge from other department and patrons
