Good learning experience

A typical day includes waking up in the morning and going to clients, reporting to the office on Friday. i have a great working relationship with all my colleagues. the prospect of growth is however limited and the company is very political and favoritism is made clear.

I have developed so much with the company both on the field and office work.

Working at the company is exciting because each day one learns something from the job done. The work environment is exciting because we work hand in hand and one does not hesitate to shake for another days work. I have learnt so much from my colleagues working together and sharing the work challenges, what I love about my colleagues is that we have room for each other and work as a team. We are also provided with daily targets to work on daily and as a team we encourage each other in working tooth and nail to achieve the daily target. at

Pros: Job security is always promised
Cons: The company deprived us increments instead we were provided incentives

Good Learning curve

I have good working relationship with my manager. I have gaibed excessive experience as I am currently handling our company medical aid book. I like resolving queries & dealing with one on one clients has been challenging

Company of highly qualified professionals

I work on the streets four days a week. So you manage yourself. So we communicate with the office at all times and our team members for assistance if any is needed. I have learnt working on my own, managing myself and meeting up deadlines on time. What I enjoy is working alone at your own pace, but reaching your targets and putting a smile on the faces of my clients. What challenge me it's when the office becomes slow for me to assist us or our clients on time, but I try to overcome it with a positive attitude.

Pros: Supervising a project
Cons: I manage my time, as I am a field worker. Most of the time I work with appointments.
