Good learning curve

It is normally good days, good environment to work at. I have good relationship with my co-workers, and have learnt a lot of things since I joined. The most challenging thing about my job is end of fort-nights when I have to do sub-contractors payments, it is just too much pressure.

Pros: I wouldn't really tell
Cons: two hours of over time if required

Skill set

MECSA is a international owned company My skill set went up by another 20% due to different standards (internationaly) By working on penthouses on the 19th and 20th floor was a big challenge

Pros: Skill level Training Skills To get material up to the top floors and to motivate subbies to stay positive including labourers Deadlines that the client set
Cons: negative people

Exceptional learning field

I work for 11 hours a day due to lot of work that we have.I have learnt that on construction site you will always encounter pressure so a person must have the ability to work under pressure.

Pros: High opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
