im a online assistant for a freelance Lecture at Medunsa. i only started to work at Moteli on the 1st of may-2016,my job is very intresting i type documents,book venues for our workshops and to ensure that payments are done on time.arranging video and chorus calls because most of our students are doing thier masters part time and we also have intenational clients so this its the only means of communication. we also do trainning on companies about health and safety.i work well with my employer and co-workers and i've learnt a lot on this short space af time.the challenges i've faced so far was to learn my new line of work because i've worked in the rail indusry many years.

Ive worked at one compay for 13 years,i was in the comfort zone now im learning something new.

im really enjoying my job although it's not on my career path.Im learning more than is required of my position .I work as Online Assistant so must of my job its done by email and phone.i have a good working relationship with my Manager and co-workers,ive learnt a lot in this short space of time.i really enjoyed to gain the experience of chorus and video calls bookings because it was the first time i did that and it was succesfull.
