Dynamic working environment

I am a 28 year old South African young lady who sheds light in a working environment, as I have a dynamic viewpoint and can express it in coherent professional manner. I have a way of working with people and can deliver tasks efficiently and quickly. I have a strong determination, excellent communication & administration skills as well as extremely dedicated to my work. I graduated at Boston Media House (Sandton campus) in 2015, diploma in media practices majored in Journalism. The institution has made me gain knowledge in tackling the ever so changing media industry as well as enhancing my creative skills. Although I haven't had a chance to work in the industry but the jobs I have been employed at has given me the chance to be exposed to it by being involved in projects hosted by the companies. I am currently working for a NGO as a projects administrator and I also manage the organizations social media pages.

Being a great listener and communicator.

Act as a first point of contact for all applicants including queries. Handle general queries from applicants and if needs be, follow ups Maintenance of applicant’s files and database, ensuring data integrity. Act as a go between for applicants and other Motsepe Foundation staff.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn how to communicate effeciently and effectively and how to carry myself in a professional manner
Cons: Not being taken seriously by senior stuff. No growth at the company.
