-Liaise with client to gather requirement Translation of high level requirements to technical requirement for developer -Manage and Assign tickets on Kanboard and Azure DevOpps team boards Liaise with developer to ensure design is been developed and not compromised -Testing of the developed product to ensure that design spec’d and requirements has been achieved along with finding potential bugs -UI Design of the solution -Work break down, Decomposing the entire solution so developer could develop parts of the system one at a time -Road mapping, Liaise with clients to develop long term direction of the product with prioritizing each feature in to iteration. -Assisting technical team -Providing support during and after implementation -Estimation and sprint planning

I have learnt how to treat people differently as each of us is unique
I enjoyed working close to the ocean and i learnt different cultures as we are from different backgrounds. The most challenging aspects of the job are working long hours into the next day with no pay increase.We work effectively as team and that has helped to make work much more fun and easy to do as we all pull in the same direction.

I am good with people and I have also worked at a call center.
I have a good working relationship with my co-workers and we work as a team,We assist each other in everything that we do.I have learnt that if you don't know something its best you ask for help than trying to figure it out by yourself.I've also learnt that you have to create a good relationship with your customers and be able to upsell your products.I enjoy meeting different kinds of people from different ethnicities and trying to learn their languages and cultures.The most challenging part of my job is meeting with people who have negative attitude and to respect or value other people but I've learnt to understand those kind of people and not put their insults into heart.
Pros: Getting to understand and gain knowledge in the hospitality industry.
