An unsatisfying experience

We work around 10 hours a day teaching English for 8-9 hours. These sessions range between 25 and 45 minutes. It is an exhausting environment that requires punctuality at all times. I have had to learn to anticipate scheduling issues and accounting for my own hours as there are times the management team does not calculate my hours accurately and we get paid by the hour.

Pros: Gain a TEFL Certificate
Cons: Long working hours, deductions from basic salary, additional hours not always added to pay.

Very positive working environment Friends turn into family Was exposed to recruitment procedures from a different point of view My only concern was that there was no career growth.

Excellent Learning Curve

Positive working environment. Friends became family. Helpful co-workers. Understanding managers. Very competitive environment although we all were able to work in teams. Was unhappy with the salary package. No room for career growth.

Going to work was a pleasure because the people at work became more like a family away from my own. The environment was competitive yet we were all able to work in team.

Excellent learning experience

As much as the environment was very competitive, co-workers were willing to help where they could. Co-workers became more like family, good working environment, flexi work hours, understanding manager. No room for growth, salary packages were low.
