Excellent working atmosphere

Mphasis is one of the Multi National company with employees 30k +. It has many domains. Information technology, business process outsourcing, call center jobs etc... Working atmosphere is good and good corporate culture. Yearly appraisals and employees can learn many things in this organization. Annual day celebration and business outing once in a quarter. Overall I learnt many things in Mphasis.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn.
Cons: Long working hours and extend the shift timings.

Good Opportunity to learn new technologies

1) New Project 2) New Domain - Trade 3) Great Scope to Automate like API , Selenium , Load Testing 4) Good Team Players 5) Helping Onsite co-coordinator , ready to help anytime 6) Upper Management was easily approachable, incase of any problem we can connect them easily.
