I have good communication skills with I thing is the most important when Managing Peoples.

I enjoy working with a dedicated team and also to make sure everything is in order, I have respect for other workers also wish to be respected. The most challenging time at work is where you have to instruct a person to do something and he/she does not do the job.

Cons: I am willing to work long hours as long as my job is perfect

The organisation is prograssive

all workers are starting the first day of the week in a good mood and self-motivated and are reporting in duty at any time. i had learn to priorities my duties, i also enjoy development programmes. the challenging was to self-certify and get better job

Excellent for learning and exposure to tasks beyond your level of employment

There are Lots of challenges in terms of the way we work and the way we keep changing departments, changingand the continously changing Management that leaves a person confused and sometime and end up doing midlle management duties. sometimes we have challinstructions directly toMunicipal heads.
