Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for however not so manu opportunities are granted for one to prove them selves. If only managers could be more involved and push an employee to greater limits so that they could learn more and explore more for them to be better professionals in the work place.

Good working environment

Am currently at this working environment because of a learnership programme. Am seeking for greener pastures to better myself and family. I've studied and completed all the courses I've enrolled for during my tertiary schooling.

Is an Excellent learning environment

The working staff of MTPA are friendly and surportive in everything im doing and they assist me in defficult aspects. I Senzo Mamiza i have gain lort of marketing experience and the encording skills and i have enjoy working in the company cause they support their student in deficulties. The most challenging thing that i have come across is the lot of work load each and every day compiling the branding information of the organisation.

Pros: This would be ideal great opportunity for myself to expand my experience.
Cons: is the starting working hour cause we start commencing work at 07:30 in the morning.

Excellent learning

my duties i attend meetings,write minutes, make booking for accommodation for my mentor when travelling for business.i work well with my co-workers since i am an intern they assist me where i do not understand. i have learn to make booking, how to write emails, make appointments for meetings external and internal. i enjoy attending meetings because i get to learn more about the industry and i get to learn how to conduct a meeting. When i started working here my challenge was finding the the relevant people but i finally got things right. working is the most greatest experience as a person you grow and learn so i can say i have learnt.

Cons: Normal hours
