My typical work day with be with working with employees day to day with their queries and assisting the. i deal mostly with all the Retirement claim queries where employee would either want to chat regarding their fund onto their pension, termination and where they standing. I also liase more with External supplier i.e. Momentum, Alexander Forbes, Commissioner . I have leant so much in the business for the past 10 from being casual and to where i am now. I enjoy most interacting with people and helping them and knowing that i have made different into someone life. The most challenge thin my job is not having a say and not seeing where my career path is heading too. i have tried different expect to get to other divisions but i haven't been lucky .

Great retail knowledge

The company i has become more than a business than a family due to following the company's Golden Rule. I have learnt a lot from Mr Price and managed to deal with my fear of being scared to talk to people and my voice come from standing on my own and answering every question I am asked about that certain product I am appointed to work on. ompany has been a great asset to the company

Pros: Great opportunity for being promoted from kids department to managing Scarlet-hill

Development of customer service skills

Opportunities within the company to develop various skills such as customer relations and administration, as well as handling customer complaints in store. Good working environment too.
