Fast learner, good communication skills, customer service, computer litrate
It is not always easy helping a dificult or moody customer, but you always have to find a way keep them carlm and happy at the end of the day by making sure the customer gets wat they need. It is alway easy for me and co worker to archieve our daily targets when we work as team players and it is too bad or challenging when working long hours, asspecially when there is respect amongst us.

lovely environment to work in as you are able to do defferent kind work, also be able to entract of wich it increase and individual enterpersonal skilss.

A Learning curve
1. Well basically we unpack stock from boxes then merchandise it on the floor. 2. I do customer service and work at the cash desk as a cashier. 3. The team is a group of young indivuals which makes it fun to be around them we understand each other hence we on the same age level. 4. I have also been given an opportunity to do admin for the company and the challenges is that ther is alot to do and the work pressure gets so bad yet with long days and not enough time to rest.
Pros: The experience I got with admin and the great customer service skills I have obtained
Cons: long working hours with not enough time to rest and the favouritism from the management team towards certain people leading to conflicts between the team.

Excellent learning curve
I like working at Mr price home because it taugh me how to handle difficult customers and how to provide good Customer service, my relationship with my coworker is not bad but with management its not good,the new manger Shem that lady she's lazy always outside,busy with her WhatsApp and absent

Excellent learning
I'm learnt to work different kind of jobs at the same time it's so great and challenging at the same time,I enjoy being with the people I'm working with,we work as a team that makes us know each other even better,it 's long hours standing and working under pressure sometimes but at least it is manageble

Working as team
I'm happy working as a team worker's with my co-workers, we work as a family and we love each other as a co-workers, and i learn lot things like stock control and stock checking and to know how to Operating the teller programmer, to do stock control is difficult but i have learning a lot.

Working in retail has thought me a great deal about people. It has also thought me to be patient, but most of all how to work under pressure and deliver excellent results all the time. People When I see people with a great attitude that I know will be great for the business o just want to develop them. Knowing that they can make you or break you has learn me to hire for attitude and train for skill. Patient Meeting a casual worker at the interview for the first time, and appointing him as a partime work and se him a year down the line working as a manager in one of your store that is patient. Results Results can be like a "one hit wonder" it was that luky moments but to have it all the time you have to invest in people' but the right people. Invest in life skills that will make a difference at work but also at home. Because a happy home will give you a happy worker.

Learning organizations
I have work at mr price home from 2014 to 2017 .I believe that the organization can still improve some part to become more and more productive ..Mr price home is a large company in South Africa and Africa

Excellent learning opportunity
I love working at Mr price Home the people are great I have learned a lot I have learned how to deal with difficult customer how to multi-task with a lot of customers and I have learned to merchandise and do stock help scanning and handling stock

Administration,managing,budgets
Do admin on a daily basis, managing of floor staff,keeping of store stocklevels high,control stock loss,do scheduling on a daily basis,customer service is priority every day,oversee that stock is unpack and neat and tidy on the shelves
