a video store is a good place to increase your sales and marketing skills as on daily basis you deal with different clients of different races. there only problem i have is that there is no room for growth in the retail industry

Excellent learning curve

its very more individual work and its good to show your own talent; also punctuality to be reliable an to keep everything up to date; working there you learn to be confident an communication with customers is highly recommended an working with other people is good because we learn from each other.

Pros: great opportunity for building confidence; to talk an interact with other people.
Cons: its very long hours but once you get to know all the duties you no longer notice the hours.

Excellent training

Stacking shelves with new movie releases. Counting the stock in store. Returning and booking DVDs. I enjoy the friendly people who always smiles when they enter the shop.

Gained a lot of skills and experience

I have worked with different people and we were getting along.I love working with people. I have learnt lot of things like working n communicating with people,be patient and understanding that customers are always right. I love working here, doing what am passionate about.

Excellent

What i like most is to help my customers to choose the right movies and explain to them what they about. The challenging part is when they come back and say they dont like the movies or its not playing on their machines.
