Great insight into the fast paced, accelerated construction environment

The construction recruitment and HR environment is fast paced with high staff turnover and the exposure to Industrial Relations and all the issues on such a big scale has taught me so much. We work long hours and have a very relaxed office culture. This environment also makes you very aware of Safety in all aspects, your own, your environment and teaches you to be your Brother's keeper. I have always had the ability to work with co-workers, clients and customers and have very good relations and have been awarded previously for my commitment to team work and the ability to have excellent work relations with employees from all different levels.

My time with MRP&E I learn and did get the exspiernce as foreman

My day start with tool boxs talk and to make sure that everyone safety equipment is good for the day Do the hand clock and where they going to work Going in to the boiler and keep a look out that the work is done safe for the day and get the equipment or safety gear for then Going up and down to all the places where they are working

Cons: Yes there are days that the hours are long

Very hard worker

very good to work for construction because you have deadline to meet. I have learn to work with different people and i have work very hard to complet the task.i love working in a challenging envornment demading all my skill and efforts to explore and adapt myself in different field and realize my potention and contribute to the development of organisation with impressive performance
