Wonderful company to work for, great learning curve

- I'm tasked with managing all the operations & all personnel based in the head office and all marketing activities across all the branches. - I design all the marketing and promotional material the company uses in all the branches - Assist the technical sales department with setting up and executing sales promotions for Security Systems. - Liaise with clients and give weekly reports - Since the Operations Manager has left the company, I have also been doing some of the duties associated with that position - I'm also tasked with travelling to other brother across 3 provinces to provide guidance and marketing strategies for the branches to increase company visibility. Conducting marketing surveys. - To this day I have never had any conflict with my co-workers, I try to the best of my abilities to be professional at all times with all my co-workers, I am firm but fair to all.

Pros: I work in all the branches so I get to travel

Great Experience

Having worked for this company gave me great experience, I learned to be honest as well as took responsibility and integrity as I worked in a new office where the Director was away from us.i gave feedback on weekly basis and the experience was good. I got along with others very well and worked well on my own.

Pros: Great networking
Cons: Weekend and some public holidays
