Fast paced & deadline oriented environment

MSC Education Holdings boats a variety of branches spanning over the country and the typical day would involve liaising with all various members of the company in these remote locations across multiple duties, the company is fast paced, highly prone to constant change and deadline oriented. Most of the company focuses on learning and development projects for the retail sector more than residential students and thus all employees must have a descent working knowledge of retail operations. Employees at MSC are also required on many occasions to be involved in various tasks extending beyond their job scope in order to fulfill operations and the company has a culture of collaboration which some of the best employees there become great at.

Cons: Limited career advancement opportunities

Excellent learning curves

Excellent learning curve and greater opportunities for growth in the industry. Working as a HR internship at MSC has given me a greater understanding of quality of work you give out and commitment in the work provided. Being able to establish new learning techniques and methods for trainees. Mi enjoy providing assistance in every aspect possible and

Excellent learnjng curve but no room for growth

A typical day includes working in a welcoming environmemt with the staff members providing a homely vibe. Teamwork is guaranteed. Just that there was no recognition in whatever form when one has exceeded the targets, which does not give motivation at all to staff members. In the 3 years that I worked for the company I have never recieves a bonus, not even for December. But overall it was a great opportunity to learn about the workplace and conducting oneself professionally at all times.

Pros: Teamwork.
Cons: No bonus or salary increase in 3 years.
