Excellent learning curve

It is an ethical company that prides itself in its culture. A typical day includes long hours of driving and reaching out to customers. Co-workers are kind enough to share their knowledge of how they go by and plan their day.. I love also the fact that you get the necessary skills to let you work effectively. The challenging aspects are when the customers don’t support you effectively so that you can meet your sales targets, getting the admin done on time because you are on the road most of the time.

Excellent experience

My job at MSD was amazing, the team were reps for MSD which is a pharmaceutical company, so I felt with Doctors and different companies. My job was to make sure packages brought in were packed accordingly and to notify the reps that their stock was t the office, office stationery, office supplies, boardroom meetings, price textiles, running of the entire office was all my responsibility. I was left alone almost most of the time locking up and leaving was also a task. My working hours were 8-1pm I was also given a cell phone for after 1 if the reps needed to know anything.

Great opportunity

Working at MSD has been a great privilege. A company where ethics, diversity and growth is well balanced. But it is time to expand my horizons. I have been in the top 5 reps in our division for the last 3 years. I had the privilege to be a mentor in our learnership program last year. Which was also a wonderful experience. On a day to dat basis I need to call on 7 doctors and 3 pharmacies. I need to do at least 3 pharmacy trainings per month.

Pros: Diverse and ethical
Cons: POE that needs to be submitted.

Organization full of growth

* Typical work day - attending global meetings and working on existing and new projects. * Relationship with co workers— Team members always happy to assist because we all have a mutual goal. * I have learnt how to communicate effectively, create newsletters and content for presentation. I am now very good with excel. I can solve problems and facilitate. * I enjoy anything to do with digital and constant learning new things and problem solving.
