Excellent learning curve

I normally work from 06H00 to 15H00 and I have good interaction with my colleges I have learned to positive communication with my colleges Meeting a target is what makes me happy everyday The most challenging aspect is to make sure that that everyone adhere to the procedures of the company, but if you monitor the situation everytime then you succeed.

Pros: I would like to see my self on managent positions
Cons: Call-out during weekend
