I am learning new applications and processes regularly

I do maintenance work on injection moulding machines and robots. I have a good working relationship with the process and production departments I have improved my coordinating abilities I am learning new things regularly

Pros: I am improving my leadership skills

Greate learning curve plus exposure

Skilled in all aspects of plastic substrate painting processes including process simulation,new paint batch approval,painted substrate quality and colour specification.Also have hands-on experience in making sure that standards of quality are met while production costs are kept as low as possible.Proven ability to use problem solving skills for establishing the root cause of any process-related failure,as well as heading any investigations.

Cons: More resposible work load no money
