a day at work is exciting,my relationship with my co-workers is quite good. i have learnt how to speak to clients telefonically and to listen to clients requests.i enjoy speaking to clients and handling rude clients.

Experienced gain and ability learned

A typical work day comes with many obsticles dealing with difficult clients getting those clients to calm down and relax so y"all can work together. My relationship with co-workers are okay in a work place there will always be cat nails and catishness but we have to deal with it and I'm always able to work with anyone any race and any background. I have learnt that working with people are always exciting and we have to work with clients doesn't matter how difficult they may seem to be. The things I enjoyed the most is working with my co-workers and having fun with all the staff at MSV Corporation.

Pros: working at this company is a great pleasure because we are as a family
Cons: The lunch breaks that are short

Excellent opportunity to save the company money and hassles

daily tasks as follows: daily updates and virus scans. physical repair of laptops or desktops. update and or install drivers of repaired devices. assist in either settings or malfunction of voip phones. resolve network related issues that may arise. install printer drivers/ find network printer on new computers that comes in. keep in contact with hosting company/service provider for any emailing issues. and report my daily actions to management.

Pros: Not a very hectic/busy environment
Cons: can become boring to not be busy
