Work expectations
start at work at 07:00 in the morning, working at administration department solving the escalated queries, calling clients. have good communication with my as we are not much in admin side. learn to listen to other co-workers to gain experience and communication is the key. I enjoy when I solve the query of client and make me happy as well. not exactly there is mo challenging in my job but I make sure I deliver the customer expectations at the end of each call with the customer.

Excellent selling and customer service skills
It was awesome working at MTN with the greatest team ever. It was so funny at work to a point where you don't feel like you are working. My team workers were like a family, we were no longer colleagues any more, we were a family. It has taught me how to work under pressure since we had targets to meet, and it really showed me how much of great sales and customer service representative because every client I interacted with would always request for me when they need assistance. The most challenging aspects in my job was that it was not easy to reach targets however we worked and created ways to reach our targets on a daily.
Pros: There were no chances to get a promotion unless if one changes departments. It was mostly not promotions but changing departments.
Cons: The hours were awesome to a point that they give you allowance to spend time with family.

Wonderful working eenvironment, getting along with colleagues, was involved in plannong my work and encouraged to share ideas and information that helps the companny become more efficient and profitable.Offered personal learning and developments opportunities through bursary and internal training courses. Endless opportunities to grow and develop your career. The organisation offered flexible working hours, so as to balaance work and personal life.. I attended various internal courses, and iwas exposed to procurement and chain management environment

Great Environment to work in great relationship with co-workers learned to make sure all information is gathered before complaining and learned to build a rapport enjoyed quarterly rewards and recognitions for delighting customers most challenging would be lack of support to conclude the customer's query

Learning to manage relationships
I have learnt that the procurement is not just buying for the business but mostly about relationships. So, everyday you need to take a step towards building a relationship either with business or a supplier. Most days I negotiate contracts and it makes it easier when this is supported with purposefully wanting to build a relationship. I need to first vet the supplier, so I know we are negotiating with a good company which is in good standing and starting from the good faith “corner”. By the time we obtain quotes, pricing and terms have been negotiated. It is sometimes challenging since am working for a big company to get business to trust us, but I do enjoy it when we have proved them wrong. I also enjoy to work and develop small SMMEs.
Pros: Working at a well knows company is good because other businesses trust the brand and identify with it.
Cons: Same as the pros above. Some people may not trust to work or partner with a big company as they think they will be taken for granted.

I love my job but the pay is too little
I enjoy working independently within a team , interaction with different departments , I do not like being away from home , I do not like long distance driving , I use to enjoy it before because i will get to know new places.

Excellent to start a career in Telco and sales industry.
Room for great improvement within the company. Colleagues are not aligned with the objectives of the company and thus keeps customers queries queued for long. Company could have a pool of talent and this opportunities that arise should be given to those individuals within the talent pool or experience. y in terms of customer service.
