Excellent communication

Working for MSP is been a great learning curve, different characters of people and cultural views. Having to deal with the most difficult clients, understanding clients and most likely friendly clients. Work to completed by other parties and dealing with the banks on a day to day basis can be challenging at times. Co-workers make are the most amazing people that makes me laugh and smile and my work becomes easier. People who listens and give outstanding advise. I have learnt that not everybody you laugh or smile with will do the same, people are different. I enjoy making promises that I can keep and feedback is of vital importance to have a have client. The most challenging aspects of my job is lack of communication.

Pros: Growth is minimal
Cons: Long distance to travel daily

Good learning experience

I learned a lot with a company a wonderful learning opportunity, learning a lot about properties and the processes within it. I love meeting people and selling the product to them, and forming business relationship with all major corporate banks. The company really showed me the best of both worlds.and coworkers have been supportive,I enjoyed a lot of marketing that was mi typical day and getting approvals through banks was challenging.

Pros: great commission when getting approvals
Cons: process of getting feedbacks from banks take a while
