It's a decent company to work for. It's usually clean.

It's a decent company to work for. It's usually clean. Has lots of technology to work with: TVs, PCs and laptops. DStv is a nice company to work for: there is a lot you can learn. However, due to its legacy, there isn't much growth opportunity. The incentives are great, and a very relaxed environment.

Good learning curve

A typical day is very relaxed, the working environment is not strict. My co workers are the one thing I'll miss about the company. Our department is developing so we are a small number and I have fun with all of them, we assist each other at all times. I have learnt that working for a big company doesn't necessarily mean I'll earn what I deserve and that my qualification might not determine my salary. I enjoyed the relationship I have with my coworkers and my challenging work. The most challenging part is getting information. Information is not easily shared in the company.
