EXCELLENT EXPERINCE

I EXPERIENCE A LOT INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS OF DIFFERENT CULTURES EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE. I LEARN NEW THING NOW AND THEN.WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY HAS TAUGHT ME A LOT AS A PERSON,SELF LOVE AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS INERACTING WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE AND EXCHANGING GIFTS. SOLVING PROBLEMS FROM CALLERS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME AND MAKES MY DAY FULL OF HAPPINES THAT I HAVE TOUCHED SOMEONE AND MADE HER OR HIS DAY.

Excellent learning opportunity

Given opportunity to be part of multi choice customer service experience its has given me communication skills and the way to interact with different types of people and staff was friendly and helping when you are new to the firm, challenging was customers but l have learn how to interact with them

It is a exellent learning curve as it teaches you as to how to interact with customers

I have been working at multichoice for the past 3 years which has been fine, as we are able to interact with different customers and which makes one to be able to adjust to any type of customer. On a normal day to day i would work with 80& of good customers and 20% irate customers.I work well with my collegues and my senior stuff.I have learnt that each customer is differen and we should treat them the same way as calm as possible.

Pros: I've been a call center agent for the past 3 years with no signs of promotion.I do not believe there is growth.
Cons: I do not work long hours.

Great opportunity

Greatest corporate exposure I have had in my career. Access to the highest level stakeholders, decision making at the highest level and most importantly working with the best people in the field having so much experienc, knowledge and skills to match and even exceed the best in the country.

• Handle inbound calls by providing Effortless Customer service • Assisting customers with Financial, Technical and Account related queries. • Upselling company products, advising customers about Products available & guiding them. • Adhering to company rules and compliance.

Good company to work for

First thing I do when I get to I send my daily reports ,check stock balance and place and order for stock if I see that we don't have enough for days to come I issue sales and swaps for customers how come to buy or swap fault devices and I last before I go home I send sales and swaps report for to the day
