Team leadership vs Team management

I am a results driven Individual, who has learnt and undood the power of being in a great team. Having led and bieng led, I have learnt that the manner in which you treat a subordinate/co-worker has a direct impact on work or achievements. I am motivated to empower my team has this enables us to learn from each other and to better cooperate on work, making us to be a high performing team no matter the situation (Office/ working from home).as this also gives me an opportunity to sharpen the existing skill and learn more from experience.

Cons: Management instability, Unclear/changing strategy every month or two, non-transparency

Team player, fast learner, extra hours

Nothii have learnt tat as a team we should ask for help with areas where we dobt understand and always try our best as ateam to reach out daily targets, create room for improvement every week by offering training. I have learnt also that as team workers we should respect each others cultures /religions and that we shouldn't undermine.

Pros: Best leader of the month
Cons: 16 hours
