Interesting, nut not challenging enough

i like to have a challenging work environment, that can keep me going as well as keep me busy. i do not like to sit without work. i answer the phones, as well as do all the post, scanning, booking for meetings, filing, take messages, work on flexi brokers, i sign off all the application forms of our client.

Pros: get a bonus once a year, if you have been employd for 2 years
Cons: no elevation

Ups and downs

I love working in the insurance industry. Multirisk has given me many years off experience and a good knowledge of what this industry has to offer. The working hours isn't bad and the work load is manageable. I would like to earn a bigger salary or at least get paid for my worth but at the moment I am not satisfied with what I'm earning. We do get 1 afternoon off once a month which is a nice benefit , but do not always get paid for working overtime or increased salaries with promotions. So basically work load gets higher with promotions but salaries stay the same.

Pros: Less than 100 empleyees
Cons: Low salary
