Maltisure coparation is funeral cover.I'm am dealing with sales my duties at least is to done 20 people a week. I love my work and i enjoyed to work with people I'm hardworking ,but in maltisure i v learned a lot how to work as groups sharing ideas,communication skills even though there is challenges special when it come to clients but I'm always came with good decision cause I always took my clients seriously

Learning everyday

-Daily recruiting for sales agents and Independent Consultant - Train the sales agents and IC's - Motivate them daily - Some days I go with them in the field - Work as a team - Learn a lot from my team as they have different skills. - Have gees as a group to motivate each other - Recognition as one on one and as a team - Enjoy helping our customers - Most challenging thing about my job its when reps they don't disclose all the necessary information and that leads to unnecessary queries which could be avoided if they disclosed.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth as I can even work at home
Cons: Long hours
